She does a lot of Pilates, as well as wrestling, MMA work, indoor cycling, and more. She encourages her fans to buy fitness trackers to monitor their calorie counts and motivate them to move more.

She’s a woman with an immensely busy schedule, often having to do 16-hour workdays, so she says she doesn’t really like the idea of spending too much of her free time in the gym or working out with a trainer when she’d prefer to be seeing friends and family.

Instead, she opts for a less strict approach, merely working out in short bursts when she gets the chance. She likes to do 20-minute interval sessions, either at home or at the gym, making some basic moves like squats, running in place, and carrying a medicine ball around.
